(AsiaGameHub) –   The Kentucky Senate has passed House Bill 904.

US.- The Kentucky Senate has passed House Bill 904, legislation that seeks to modify the state’s gambling regulations. The measure would increase the legal age for sports betting from 18 to 21 and prohibit proposition bets on college athletes.

The bill would also authorize fantasy sports betting, placing it under the oversight of the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation. It further limits certain proposition wagers on college athletes and stipulates that sportsbook operators are barred from running prediction markets within the state.

The House approved the bill in March. It now proceeds to Governor Andy Beshear for consideration.
